Growing in Christ: Keep the weeds out!

Let your mind be transform daily, by the reading of the word of God. Allow the Holy Spirit to , teach and reveal the secret things of the most High God, available for the Saints of God.
The bible tells us believers, to not allow this world to change us, but allow the word of God to continue to transform us. The world ways is like unwanted weeds! It has a way of choking the word of God out of our life's! Guard your heart in the word...
Read the word. Believe the word. Spend time in prayer and fellowship with Christ. Pray in the Spirit.
Then you shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, bringing forth great fruit, in all seasons. And everything you put your hands to shall prosper! (Psalms 1)
Romans 12:2 And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.
Have a Bless day in Christ! Keep the weeds out of your life. Love Sis Rashisa

Growing in Christ: I can do all things!

After having seven kids, the baby weight tends to stick on! I am on a new diet, to rid myself of unwanted baby fat! As in everything I do, I take it to the Lord, in prayers, for God wisdom is needed in every aspect of my life !
So as I diet to shed these last few baby pounds ! I am reminded in the word of God, that I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me! Even lose this weight!

Mercy and Grace...

Mercy and Grace...Living with a Hindu is not easy. My Father-in law, has built an altar of worship in front of my home. The first day of seeing it. I thought he was feeding the wild animals tomatoes , and lettuce ! LOL Day three, with newly added food, next to the uneaten slowly rotting food, it was time to clean house . With a quick sweep of my broom, the altar came down! Though my Father-in-law is ignorant in the things he does. I still smile, and show him grace and mercy . No arguing, no finger pointing, no shaming. Just lovingly, letting Him know, my home belongs to Christ. The altar is down! Father-in-law, still prays to his over a million gods, and I still pray for His soul. He is a soul for Christ! I choose to live in peace, and love!2 John 1:3
Grace (spiritual blessing), mercy, and [soul] peace will be with us, from God the Father and from Jesus Christ (the Messiah), the Father’s Son, in all sincerity (truth) and love.Have a bless day! Love Sis Rashida
