Growing in Christ: Does God care?

Good morning, Good morning , Sweet Jesus! Good morning  family and friends!

"God's word always "Prevails"! No matter what your circumstances look like! " Have Faith" in the One who can change it!

Psalm 37:25
I have been young, and now am old; Yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, Nor his descendants begging bread.

Heavenly Father, I thank You for caring for us! Lord, You are THE God, that works all things out for our good.
Romans 8:28 (NKJV) "And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose."
I thank You for ordering my steps this morning, and meeting every need! Lord, You are a gracious God, full of compassion and mercy ! In Jesus name I pray, Amen!

Growing in Christ: Don`t waste your time

Matthew 6:27 (ERV)
27 You cannot add any time to your life by worrying about it.

Do you really want to know, how to live a peaceful, worry free life? Give it to God!

With six children and a husband, ( laughs) there is always something to worry about!

Worries about our family business, the kids' needs, or someone is sick ! I have learn over well wasted time, to not worry! It does no good, nor changes anything, but makes me physically sick, and miserable! Instead, I now lay every care at the feet of Jesus, and keep my eyes on Christ!

Note this verse..
Isaiah 26:3
God, you give true peace to people who depend on you, to those who trust in you.

The bible tells is that perfect peace comes to those who "trust" in Christ! So how can you have peace in this life? Give everything over to Jesus in prayers! Worry will not change anything, but make you miserable! However, you serve a God that makes the impossible, Possible!

Heavenly Father I pray Your word over each person reading this pos…

Growing in Christ: Greater works

I want you to promise God, never to look back! Never to go back to what the Spirit, has said is done away with ! I promise the Lord, that I would never allow myself to doubt His word!
There's one thing about a baby: he takes all that comes to him. A so -call Prudent man, lets his reason cheat him out of God's best. But a baby takes all the milk his mother brings, an even tries to swallow the bottle.
The baby can't walk, but the mother carries him, the baby can't dress himself, but the mother dresses him. The baby can't even talk. Similarity, in the life of the spirit, God undertakes to do what we cannot do.
We are carried along by Him. He clothes us, and gives us utterance. Oh that we all had the simplicity of babes!

I am really enjoying this book! if your looking for a powerful faith building book ! You don't want to pass this one up!

Growing in Christ: Walking worthy of your calling

1 Peter 4:11 (NLT)
11 Do you have the gift of speaking? Then speak as though God himself were speaking through you. Do you have the gift of helping others? Do it with all the strength and energy that God supplies. Then everything you do will bring glory to God through Jesus Christ. All glory and power to him forever and ever! Amen.

God has given us all wonderful gifts to do unto, Him. How do you know where God has called you? It will just flow, and be as natural as breathing!

I know my calling is in encouragement, through my writings, helping others, and intercessory prayers. I walk in my calling, as naturally, as a person who was born speaking their native language. Everyone can learn to speak another language, but there are those, who were born speaking their native language, to perfection!

Don`t try to walk in someone`s else calling, but walk in what God has created you to do! It will come as natural as breathing; when you allow the Holy Spirit to guide you , and be with you, in all th…

Growing in Christ: The perfect gift!:

Good Morning Sweet Jesus! Good morning  family and Friends!

John 3:16-18 “This is how much God loved the world: He gave his Son, his one and only Son. And this is why: so that no one need be destroyed; by believing in him, anyone can have a whole and lasting life. God didn’t go to all the trouble of sending his Son merely to point an accusing finger, telling the world how bad it was. He came to help, to put the world right again. Anyone who trusts in him is acquitted; anyone who refuses to trust him has long since been under the death sentence without knowing it. And why? Because of that person’s failure to believe in the one-of-a-kind Son of God when introduced to him.

Now that is true Love! God loves us so much, that He came to earth, in the flesh! Just as a mother, is willing to lay down her life, for her own children. God showed us that same love, when took ALL our sins at the cross! He became our sacrifice, for our sins! Washing us forever clean, in His own precious, blood!

Spiritual Coffee: Answer to prayer, was seen in a tiny cloud!

1 Kings 18:44
Then it came to pass the seventh time, that he said, “There is a cloud, as small as a man’s hand, rising out of the sea!” So he said, “Go up, say to Ahab, ‘Prepare your chariot, and go down before the rain stops you.’”

I love to pray, and I love to see when my prayers are answered ! Just as Elijah, prayed seven times, for rain, after a three year drought. There are some prayers, I persistently take to our Heavenly Father.

Praying persistently, does not mean that God did not hear our prayers, the first time! But it is a way to build our faith in Christ. Praying till we see the hands' of God move!

In the bible, Elijah is seen praying not once, twice, or even just three times! But Elijah prayed seven times, for the rain to come. In a glimpse of hope. Elijah servant, sees a tiny cloud, that is the size of a man's hand! That cloud was more that enough of a confirmation, for Elijah; to know that God had answered his prayers.

Fast forward over to the new testament...

We see …

Spiritual Coffee: He commands!

1 Kings 17:4And it will be that you shall drink from the brook, and I have commanded the ravens to feed you there.”
The kids and I read this story, in the bible last night. How God had protected Elijah, from King Ahab. God's protection was not only from harm, but from starvation. As the entire region was in a drought, because of their increase wickedness.
I love how the bible says, He "Command" the Ravens to take care of Elijah.
What is your need today?Food, shelter, or finances ?
What ever your need is, God is able to "command" help to come Your way! He is a God who never changes, His love for us is unfailing!
The scripture tell us ...Ephesians 3:20Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us,
Just ask!
Heavenly Father, the earth is Your, and everything in it! Lord, just as You have commanded, the birds to feed Elijah; You are commanding Your angels to bring Help my way today; according to…

Spiritual Coffee: But God stills....

But God....

I love these two words! It does not matter what, life brings my way! I always know my God, is bigger!

Christ is bigger than any, sickness!
Christ is bigger than any, death!
He still moves mountains!
He still redeems, saves, and delivers!

The bible say, that Christ is the glory and the lifter of my head! (Psalm 3:3
But You, O Lord, are a shield for me, My glory and the One who lifts up my head.)
So when , life seems, to throw me a curve ball! I am still standing at the batter`s plate, holding on tightly to my sleek, sturdy, wooden bat,That says ... " But God"

Christ wins, every time!

Have a bless day in Christ, Love Sis Rashida
